Introducing…Fork and Opinion!

Is this thing on? Are we live?

I am currently sitting in bed on a day off of work, watching cooking shows on repeat (currently watching Tucci in Italy…when can I get to Italy again?) while day dreaming about my next trip to Italy and what I would want to eat…and then it just hit me! What is holding me back from just doing something that’s been in the back of my mind for over 7 years now?! Why shouldn’t I do something that I am passionate about, that brings me joy and hopefully connects me with other like minded people? So here I am, just doing it.

I love food. I love really good food. I love really pretty food. I even love some not so pretty food. But for as long as I can remember, I love everything about food. It would be really hard for me to pick between a nice, home cooked, cozy meal vibe versus a 3-star Michelin restaurant. Both ends of the spectrum make me so happy.

So I thought I’d create this blog to do something fun - write about my opinions and experiences of meals, whether they are home cooked meals, local hotspots, or Michelin starred restaurants. (There’s even a couple of those coming up in the not so distant future!)

I can’t wait to see what meals and restaurants are in store for this little blog. And if this “publish” button really works, I hope you’ll come along too!
